Azerbaijan in the list of Rosaviation

The Rosaviation made the list of 47 countries performance in which all regular, transit and charter flights with passengers onboard should be carried out «with the raised measures of aviation safety». RIA Novosti news agency was possible to familiarize with the corresponding letter of the head of Rosaviation Alexander Neradko to heads of airlines of the country.

«Performance of all regular, transit and charter flights with passengers onboard from/in the airports of the foreign states: Austria, Algeria, Albania, Azerbaijan, Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bulgaria, Great Britain, Germany, Greece, Egypt, Indonesia, Spain, Italy, India, Iraq, Iran, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Cyprus, Kuwait, Libya, Lebanon, Morocco, Malaysia, Macedonia, Moldova, Myanmar, the United Arab Emirates, Pakistan, Portugal, Romania, Saudi Arabia, the Syrian Arab Republic, the USA, Sudan, Thailand, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Turkey, Tunisia, France, Philippines, Montenegro, Uganda, Uzbekistan, Sri Lanka – to carry out with the raised measures of aviation safety», – is told in the letter.

To heads of the Rosaviation airlines ordered to hold meetings at the airports of the above-stated countries for strengthening of measures for ensuring aviation safety on the aircrafts which are carrying out flights to the Russian Federation. The Rosaviation recommends to plan and carry out flights «with stocks of a dry food and the drinking water, accepted aboard aircrafts at the airports of the Russian Federation». «To plan the strengthened structure of flight and kabinny crews of aircrafts (with involvement of staff of services of aviation safety) and additional technicians for providing measures of aviation safety, protection of aircrafts, preventing at the airports», – it is offered to penetration into the aircraft in the letter.

To commanders of aircrafts at the airports of the foreign states, according to the document, it is necessary to provide with strengths of members of flight and kabinny crews control of service of the aircraft and procedure of landing of passengers. «To organize whenever possible aircraft maintenance by forces of technical structure or airline crew, most to reduce (without damage to safety of flights) number of types of land service at the airports of the foreign states (cleaning of salons, towage, luggage loading)", – is told in the letter of the head of Rosaviation.
