Helicopters of Ukraine strike rocket attacks to Slavyansk

Inhabitants of Slavyansk report that became witnesses of drawing of rocket attacks on the city by helicopters of army of Ukraine.

«They were made on the open district in regions of posts», – the interlocutor of RIA Novosti news agency noted.

Meanwhile, in the management of forces of self-defense report that inhabitants of Slavyansk in the east of Ukraine cannot leave the city, it is completely blocked.

«Anybody from inhabitants, including the woman with children, has no possibility to leave the besieged city», – the representative of a militia told.

In the morning Friday in Slavyansk Donetsk region joined a siren which should notify residents on the beginning of an active phase of special operation of the Kiev authorities, firing began. Over suburbs of the city dense clubs a thought from burning tires began to rise. Over the city turned helicopters.

Rebels managed to bring down two army Mi-24 helicopters and to damage one Mi-8 helicopter, according to in the Ministry of Defence, two military personnel was lost, there are wounded. According to representatives of a militia, the pilot of one of padded helicopters is in a staff of rebels, to it there is a medical care.
