The helicopter Mi-8

At night the Mi-8 helicopter which has taken off from the city of Nizhnevartovsk did not return to Surgut city airport. According to preliminary data, onboard there are 5 people.

Divisions of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia and other emergency services were immediately nominated to searches of the helicopter. Search works are organized with attraction of the aircraft, and also three land groups, in readiness for a departure there is a Mi-8 helicopter of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia with rescuers onboard.

In total over 90 people and about ten units of equipment are involved in search, from them from the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia – over 70 people and four units of equipment. Building of group of forces and means is carried out.
