The Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation received new party Mi – 8MTB – 5-1

A few days ago the Ministry of Defence of Russia received the next party of helicopters of the Mi model – 8MTB – 5-1.

Mi’s transfer reception – 8MTB – 5-1 passed on the basis of the Moscow National TsU of Russia. The general of the Russian army Sergey Shoygu communicated with representatives of Kazan Helicopter Plant through the air and confirmed officially reception of party of the helicopters constructed by KVZ for the Ministry of Defence of Russia.

As it is reported in the magazine «Helicopters of Russia», the military transport equipment of this type is known around the world and is characterized by high level of reliability, is universal and completely corresponds to all shown to this class of helicopters, requirements. And at the military and technical forum conducted in June, 2015 the holding «Helicopters of Russia» signed the new contract on delivery of 12 units of Mi-8MTB-5 with MO of Republic of Belarus.
