State Duma: the Russian airlines will pass to the state
In the State Duma suggest to nationalize for the sake of safety of flights airlines. That is to transfer a controlling stake to the state.
The author of the bill Oleg Nilov believes that today only the state can invest money in development of fleet and supervise safety of flights in the country, write "News". Accident of the plane of "Kogalymavia", in his opinion, proves that medium-sized and small enterprises need to leave this business. «At a carrier less than 10 planes in park, and all – he already in business, earns money on transportation of passengers. There is a question: from where there can be money for worthy development, for control of equipment and qualified personnel?» – Nilov is indignant.
Nilov is supported by the head of committee of the State Duma of the international affairs Alexey Pushkov (it represents Prikamye in the State Duma). «Accidents of the last 50 years are, as a rule, connected with the companies of average type. These are the small firms owning 5-10 planes which gave up under charter flights», – the parliamentarian notes.
Deputies suggest to transfer a controlling stake to the state. The rate, in their opinion, will become on safety of passengers, instead of on receiving excess profit. And in case of plane crashes and other emergency situations personal responsibility will begin to lay down on heads of branch and the ministries for default of the office powers.
Let’s remind, after a plane crash in Egypt in which 224 persons were lost, the Federal service on supervision in the sphere of transport of the Russian Federation suspended flights of Airbus A321 liners of Kogalymavia airline.
